About This Role: VP, Institutional Segment Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders across our Trading, Lending, Derivatives, Custody and Prime Brokerage business lines, as well as with our sales team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target market, our customers, their needs, and how our offerings meet those needs.
  • Document and develop core value propositions that are most relevant for our institutional customers. Develop marketing messaging and highlight the key products to meet their needs.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of institutional customer segments and personas, and track shifting attitudes and opportunities for those customers.
  • Drive end-to-end development of new marketing materials and sales materials and campaigns for institutional segments.
  • Create concepts, build wireframes, write copy, work with internal design and development teams, test and launch landing pages, hire and manage outsourced agencies.
  • Partner with Sales to create and execute segment-specific growth strategies and plans to build brand recognition, improve win rates, and drive increased value from institutional customers.
  • Develop an analytical framework to measure and report on the performance of segment-specific marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Participate in defining go-to-market activity plans. Shape marketing campaigns to raise awareness of existing and future product sets, catered to target customer segments and geographies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Segment-focused or Product Marketing, ideally in financial services or digital assets
  • Interest and ability to understand the needs of financial institutions in digital assets, today and in the future
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning, prioritization and time management skills
  • Experience working with sales teams and developing sales collateral
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and go-to-market planning
